Reorientation is the process of reassigning a teacher to a different school within our network. This can happen for various justified reasons, ensuring the best fit for both teachers and schools.

School Request
The current school requires a different teacher profile or teaching style
Location Preference
Teacher requests a different school location within China
Schedule Adjustment
Teacher needs a different shift time that better fits their availability

How to Request Reorientation
Teachers can submit a reorientation request through their profile or contact our HR department. All requests are reviewed and processed based on availability and justified needs. We strive to ensure mutual satisfaction for both teachers and schools.
Application & Screening
- Submit introduction video
- Upload resume/CV
- HR reviews within 24-48 hours
Orientation & Placement
- Assigned to a GFI school in China (part of our institute structure)
- Main shift: 3 PM - 11 PM (Beijing GMT+8)
- Meet your students and start teaching
Reorientation (If Needed)
- Request school change for justified reasons
- HR reviews and processes requests
- Reassignment to new school if approved
For New Teachers
